Campaign Data. Information you provide when configuring campaigns, including campaign type, objectives, target audience descriptions, impression targets, and uploaded content assets.

Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.

Device and Connection Information. We collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers when you access the Service. IP addresses are collected at account creation and when signing agreements for legal compliance purposes.

Analytics Data. Campaign performance metrics (views, engagement, platform breakdown) are collected from third-party platforms and content reward systems and stored in our database.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Coordinate campaign deployment with our clipper network
• Generate analytics and performance reports
• Communicate with you about your account and campaigns

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Stripe, Inc. — for payment processing and subscription management
• Google Cloud Platform — for file storage (uploaded assets, signed agreements)
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — for analytics data processing and content parsing (campaign performance data only, no personal information)
• Resend — for transactional email delivery (welcome emails, campaign confirmations)
• Neon — for database hosting
• Railway — for application hosting infrastructure
• Our clipper network — campaign briefs and content assets necessary for content creation. We do not share your personal account information, email, payment details, or login credentials with Clippers. Clippers receive only the content and campaign guidelines necessary to perform their work.
• Law enforcement — if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its users, or the public

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), hashed passwords (bcrypt), HTTP-only secure session cookies, and restricted database access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and campaign data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after termination. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@nextwaveviral.com.
